1. 14-Day Free Evaluation (300 Complimentary AI Credits)
Every newly provisioned workspace receives a complimentary 14-day trial equipped with 300 free AI Credits. No credit card or upfront billing information is required to test our pipeline Kanban, 7-currency matrix, ad webhook triage, and multimodal OCR vision scanning.
2. Frictionless Cancellation & Workspace Lifecycle
You may cancel subscription renewals at any time directly through your dashboard at Billing > Customer Portal or via the self-service management link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Cancellation immediately halts future recurring charges, while your workspace remains fully accessible through the end of your prepaid billing period. Canceling a subscription does not trigger immediate data destruction; your workspace data is retained in a dormant state for up to 90 days unless an authorized owner manually executes an instantaneous hard purge via Profile Danger Zone.
3. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Fair AI Compute Policy
If STRIV CRM does not align with your operational workflow, you are eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase. Because all users receive a 300-credit trial to assess capability prior to subscribing, refunds are granted provided that less than 50% of the included monthly AI credit allocation has been consumed. This policy prevents deliberate compute arbitrage, bulk OCR scraping, and intentional token depletion abuse.
4. Dedicated AI Credit Top-Up Packs
Standalone AI credit top-up packages represent dedicated compute bandwidth allocated across our LLM pipeline and are strictly non-refundable once provisioned. Unconsumed credit top-up balances do not expire and remain active in your workspace as long as your tenant account remains in good standing.
5. Authorized Refund Processing & Dispute Protection
To request an eligible refund under this policy, contact our billing desk at billing@striv.id or reply directly to your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation email with your Order ID. Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Initiating payment chargebacks without prior informal consultation constitutes a violation of our terms and will trigger immediate suspension of tenant access.
